Warranties

Metalier Coatings are warranted to be free from defective materials and workmanship. All other warranties are expressly excluded, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any liability shall be limited exclusively to replacement of the product.

Under no circumstance shall liability exist for incidental, consequential or special damages relating to the handling of Metalier Coatings. The products shall be handled and used in strict accordance with Metalier International Limited’s most recent MSDS, product labels, manufacturer’s specifications and training materials. Metalier Coatings are intended for use by skilled persons at their own risk.

Under no circumstances shall the purchaser have the right to manufacture, formulate, treat or alter any of the materials supplied by Metalier International Ltd or to prepare or apply Metalier Coatings in any manner other than in accordance with the methods specified in Metalier International Limited’s manuals. Use of any substitute component or material shall negate and cancel the warranty provided herein, either with the product containing such substituted or altered components, or with the product not being prepared or applied in accordance with Metalier International Limited’s manuals.

Metals are alloys; as a result, there may be colour variations between batches. For multiple piece projects requiring the metal coat to match in colour from piece to piece, plan to use metal from the same batch.
