Metalier's HP metal coatings are at the forefront of the composite metal tradition. Recent breakthrough improvements to the formula of our binder have put Metalier well ahead of its competitors.

These improvements make our product easier to spray and quicker to polish. They have also enabled us to achieve a level of shine on our metal finishes not possible before. We are very excited by these developments.

Metalier's HP metal coatings can be applied to almost any surface.

The ingredients for our smooth surface version are...

• The highest quality sintered metal powders
• A thinning agent
• A catalyst
• A proprietary binder

For our textured-surface version, the ingredients are...

• The highest quality sintered metal powders
• A proprietary thickening agent
• A catalyst
• A proprietary binder

These ingredients are mixed together and sprayed using compressed air and HVLP guns for a smooth metal finish. For a textured metal finish the mixture can be applied with almost any object you care to dream up - a roller, spatula, trowel. We have used them all!

After curing, which can take up to 24 hours, the hardened metal surface is polished, patinated or waxed depending on the finish required.
